Le Dolci Operaie,  as The sweet workers, wants to underline the main role of the working bees and put ourselves, the beekeepers just behind them.

We keep ourselves in balance with the bees and the ecosystem.

We are a women and a man.

We have met, married and become beekeepers for fun.

We made it professionally later on.

Since the beginning, we have practiced organic methods, and now we are still working without any chemical imput.
